Privacy Policy

Divio is designed for children. It runs entirely offline and collects no personal data. This document is the authoritative public version, referenced in the App Store Connect and Google Play Console listings.

1. No data collection

Divio collects, transmits and stores no personal data. No account is required. Nothing leaves your device.

2. No network connection

The app makes no network requests. Every division is computed locally on your device. You can use Divio in airplane mode.

3. No analytics, no advertising, no in-app purchases

Divio includes no analytics tools, no third-party trackers, no advertising and no in-app purchases. The application embeds no third-party SDKs beyond Capacitor (the wrapper used to deliver the web build to iOS and Android), which is not used to collect or transmit any data.

4. Locally stored data

Your preferences (language, display method, sound, decimal precision) and your progress (completed levels) are saved only on your device, in a sandboxed storage area private to the application (@capacitor/preferences, backed by UserDefaults on iOS and SharedPreferences on Android). This data:

never leaves the device,
is not accessible to other apps,
is removed automatically when you uninstall Divio,
can be wiped at any time from Settings → Reset.

5. System permissions

Divio requests no sensitive permission. It does not access:

contacts,
camera,
microphone,
location,
photos or files outside its sandbox,
push notification tokens,
advertising identifiers (IDFA, GAID).

The Android manifest declares android.permission.INTERNET because the platform requires it by default for WebView-backed apps. No code path in Divio uses this permission: there are no fetch(), XMLHttpRequest, WebSocket or external resource loads anywhere in the bundle. Fonts and images are bundled inside the application package.

6. Children and compliance

Divio is designed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), its specific provisions for minors, and the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because no personal data is processed, the legal grounds for processing under these regulations are not engaged.

7. Third-party services

Divio uses no third-party service. There is no SSO, no payment processor, no CDN call, no font CDN, no error reporting service, no crash reporter, no remote configuration.

8. Changes to this policy

Any update to this policy will be published on this page and embedded in a new version of the application. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the latest revision.
